Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: July 27, 2026
Gloop is committed to protecting children and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every user and all content on Gloop.
Prohibited conduct and content
Gloop strictly prohibits:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing CSAM or any content that sexually exploits or endangers a child.
- Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation, trafficking, or any attempt to establish sexual contact with a minor.
- Sexualizing minors, including exploitative images, videos, comments, messages, links, or synthetic content.
- Promoting, facilitating, or directing others to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Reporting and enforcement
Users can report content, accounts, and safety concerns through the reporting controls available in the Gloop app. Reports involving child safety are prioritized for review. We may remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant records, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these standards.
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or CSAE, we report it to the appropriate regional or national authorities as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful investigations and preserve relevant information when legally required.
Contact
To report an urgent child safety concern or ask about Gloop's child safety practices, email [email protected]. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority first.
