- Usage Data: We collect information about your activity on the Service, such as the videos you watch, challenges you join, and how long you interact with the app.

- Location Information: With your permission, we may collect precise location data to provide location-based features (e.g., local challenges). You can control this in your device settings.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.

- Publicly Available Information: Your username, profile picture, and Public User Content are visible to other users.
- Leaderboard Data: If you opt in, your name, profile picture, country, and challenge scores will be displayed on the global leaderboard visible to all authenticated Gloop users. You can opt out at any time in the app under Settings > Privacy > "Appear on Leaderboard."
- Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or investigate fraud.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
