Delete your Gloop account
You can permanently delete your Gloop account in the app or request deletion here without reinstalling or signing in to Gloop.
Request deletion on the web
Email our Privacy Team from the address connected to your Gloop account. Include your Gloop username if you know it. If you contact us from a different address, we may ask for limited information to verify that the account is yours. Never send us your password or a one-time verification code.

Delete in the Gloop app
Open Settings, choose Account, then choose Delete Account and confirm. The in-app path begins deletion immediately.
What to expect
Web requests are normally completed within 30 days after verification. We will contact you if we need more information or if a legal obligation affects part of your request.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your account access, contact and authentication details, profile information, public content, uploaded photos and videos, comments, social connections, notifications, preferences, likes, favorites, and activity data from Gloop's live systems. Account deletion is irreversible.
Limited records we may retain
Gloop may retain limited records of token transactions, completed challenge participation and outcomes, prize or promotion activity, and safety or moderation reports when needed for legal or tax compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or the integrity of completed transactions and competition results. These records are stripped of your email, username, profile, and login credentials and linked only to a non-public deleted-account identifier. We also keep request, verification, and fulfillment records only as needed to complete and document a deletion request. Retained records are kept only for as long as the applicable purpose or law requires. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until they are overwritten through our normal retention cycle.
